Shipping Methods and Shipping Time

*Great News! Receive FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.00.

We are super fast shippers; most in stock orders that are received by 2:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will typically ship out within the same business day (Monday to Friday, excluding all Major U.S. Holidays). Please note, due to weekends and holidays, some items may need additional processing time. If there are any foreseen delays, we will email an updated ETA or issue an immediate refund. Orders are only shipped to the delivery/shipping address provided by your PayPal or Google Checkout information.

DAWK Shops understands that our customers may have specific shipping preferences. Therefore, for your convenience, we offer the following shipping methods: USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. Simply click on the drop down menu on the checkout page to select a specific shipping method and view the exact shipping cost of your order. We are not responsible for any USPS or FedEx shipping delays.

If you would like to add Insurance, Signature Confirmation or have a preference for any other shipping method please contact us directly, prior to purchasing, so that we may provide you with such services. For orders of $250.00 or more, Signature Confirmation will automatically be required.

Fedex Ground/Home Delivery: Our preferred shipping provider for larger sized orders within the 48 Contiguous States. FedEx Ground/Home Delivery’s estimated delivery times are between 1-6 Business Days, depending on location. Please view the FedEx Ground Service Map for more details: Click to View Map

USPS First Class Mail: The primary shipping method for any item less than 13 ounces. This method typically takes approximately 2-5 Business Days. A delivery confirmation number will be provided.

USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery timeframe of 2-3 Business Days. A delivery confirmation number will be provided.

USPS Express Mail: Need an item right away? Have your order sent overnight by selecting this method. Estimated delivery timeframe of 1-2 Business Days. A delivery confirmation will be provided.

Local Pickup/Will Call: This option is unavailable at this time.

Back Order Policy

DAWK Shops makes every effort to keep our products in stock to make your shopping experience better. But with the extreme popularity of some items, there may be instances in which an item becomes back ordered. On back ordered items you will receive a detailed email notifying you that the item is unavailable and/or an estimated time of arrival. You will then have the option to either cancel your order for a full refund or choose to have it shipped out as soon as it becomes available.

Return Policy

Please review our complete return policy before placing your order.

Here at DAWK Shops we want our customers to shop with confidence. As long as the item is New, Unopened and Unused it is eligible for a return. Customers must obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 5 days of item receipt and we must receive the return shipment within 10 days from the date the RMA # was provided.

For items to be considered New, Unopened and Unused it must meet the following criteria: Still inside the manufacturer’s original packaging, no evident damage on the product or external packaging, and no missing pieces.

Each return will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee. Original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returned shipments must be properly packaged, insured and have a tracking number. DAWK Shops will not be held responsible for returns that are damaged or lost during return shipment. Upon receipt, the items will be inspected and refunds issued in the same manner as payment was made, please allow for 2-3 business days for processing.

An RMA # can be obtained simply by emailing us at: sales@dawkshops.com or by calling us at 626-898-5585. Please be sure to provide your name, order #, and reason for your return. Return shipments must be sent to:

Incorrect or Damaged Item Policy

Each order is carefully inspected prior to shipment. However, in the rare instance that you receive an incorrect (wrong item) or damaged item please contact us via phone or email within 5 days of item receipt for further assistance.

If the item arrives damaged, please hold onto the item and all packaging for the claims process. The shipping provider will likely need come out and inspect the shipment for any mishandling on their part. Buyers will then be responsible for shipping the complete contents back for replacement. Any return shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

If you receive an incorrect order, we will provide a Return Shipping Label for proper exchange. Since it is our error, DAWK Shops will gladly cover the shipping charges.

Warranty Service and Support

Our home electronics and small appliances are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty (if applicable). For assistance on how to use your product or if you are experiencing any technical issues, please contact the manufacturer immediately. In order to avoid denial of warranty coverage, be sure to fill out and submit the warranty card found inside the original packaging.
